Pickup Covers for Non-Squabbin 59/09s?

Hey all - can anyone confirm the spacing for pickup covers for a set of old-school (non-squabbin) 59/09s from 2010ish? I have a set incoming that are going on a guitar that currently has covered pups, and I want to retain that stock look. Thanks.

Also I have seen several posts (recently even) recommending Philadelphia Luthiers. Any other good sources I should consider?

I have a set of uncovered 59/09s and a set of Seymour Duncan nickel covers and they're a perfect fit.
