On Wednesday couple weeks ago, the ash cloud over the Bay Area was so thick that it literally turned day into night. One of my clients called it Ash Wednesday. It was actually the weirdest thing I've ever experienced. As the day went on it just got darker. These pics were taken outside my salon at 12:30 in the afternoon.
A funny thing happened on the way for a ride around the lake.
