I took a drive with my local BMW 'M' club today. Here are some of the photos I took. The last one was a bit of an art project. The shot was bad but the car was too cool to ignore so I got crazy with the Cheese Whiz.

This is the bridge I cross to get to the practice studio in N Vancouver.
The mountains are less than 1km away, but you'd never know it. All the fires in Cali, Oregon, and Wash have caused the smoke to get up here and bump up against the mountains...



Last time it was us burning and sharing smoke with our American neighbors. The air quality is abysmal.

We first started noticing the ash in the air about two weeks ago. Been really gross the past three days. While it’s easy to complain, I feel awful about what everyone is going through around these fires!

No kidding. 30+ dead and Oregon has no idea about the missing. Over 4 million acres gone...
