Phase lll locking tuners

Hi there, Im new here and wondered if anyone can help

I have 2006 PRS 513 Brazilian rosewood with gold phase 3 tuners. On the bass side one of the PRS dustcover's for the gearing has fallen out.

I can only seem to get hold of Phase 2 tuners in gold on a single basis. As I just want the dustcap, will a gold phase 2 dustcap fit a phase 3

Also are you they are Phase IIIs? They didn't appear until 2011 (I think) and they don't have dust covers?
