PF-09: nitro over poly or full nitro?

I'm seeing conflicting info about the 2009 Sunbursts and Smokebursts with the PF-09 nitro finish: are these full nitro or nitro top coat over poly?

Within PRS land, what are the true full nitro options? Just the S2 Satins?

Coming from a long-time Gibson and Fender reissue enthusiast...

I have a Ted McCarty that was made back then and is also a nitro finish. I think they used the same finish on these as they did the sunbursts back then. From my memory, it is a nitro over poly base.
