Im a naturally curious guy.. I love the satin finish as I have a Gibson lp standard with the faded satin finish. As I have always wondered how the 57/08 sounds on my les Paul, I replaced the lollar imperials with a pair of 57/08. It already has rs guitarworks harness on it. Boy I fell in love with my les paul again, the pickups sure made it open up and sing. I've been eyeing on an sc58 for the longest time but they are all in gloss. My gas flames are quenched..... For now..
