Pattern vs Pattern Regular

I'm sorry if this re-hashing numerous neck profile threads, but I have just a very specific question:

Reading the specs from the PRS site, it would seem that Pattern and Pattern Regular only differ in terms of width, and have the same depth.

Does that make sense to people who have both?

I am asking only in regards to Pattern profiles, I have examples of the old WF and WT, and think they are slightly different from Pattern profiles anyways....

I do not have measurements, but the RW neck on my MEQ feels wider and fatter than the pattern regular RW neck on my P22. Both are tacitly fantastic and easy to play.

I can't speak for the Pattern neck because I've only played a Wide Fat neck before. The Pattern Regular feels like a Fender C profile(not the modern C) to me, width and thickness-wise. However, the Pattern Reg does feel more "boutique" and more comfortable for me from nut to heel.
