Did anybody see the Pat Benatar show tonight? Pretty good stuff, hard to believe it's been 35 years for them as a band. That guitar player has beautiful tone too, holy cow his rig sounds good. Does anybody know what amp that was? I thought they may have been marshalls but not sure. Electric Guild with a bigsby, very nice.

Mr. G. is a monster! And so is Mrs. G. for that matter. I think he's a fine player. I watched the gig you mentioned. The man can seriously throw a guitar pick too, can't he?

Was that the one on Palladia? Great show. They sounded terrific--Neil's a heckuva guitar player, and sounded great on piano too. Killer tone on the guitar, and he did a great job of filling up what was basically a trio (I didn't see a keyboard player, except when Mr. G played piano.) And Mrs. G's no slouch either!

Neil Giraldo is definitely one of my favorite underrated players, along with Elliot Easton of The Cars.
