PAINT CHIP REPAIR

Hi, I have recently become the owner of a 2003 PRS S2 Mira in Antique White.
There are 2 small chips on the paintwork down to the wood, and I would like to repair them.
Can anyone advise if i can get the matching colour, or even suggest the most effective way to getting this done. Thanks
