I was thinking about going with a BKP Nantucket but so far I'm sticking with the stock P90.
Wait, did you cut the cap or add the cap?
There was already one on the 500k pot. I added a .022 cap on the 280k pot that I installed. Treble bleed.
You wouldn't have put a .022 uf cap for a treble bleed, at least I hope not. .001 is more than enough.
Maybe he wants ALL the treble
I put in what Hans told me to. It's a .022 paper in oil. Maybe it isn't for treble bleed?
P90s are always a good idea!
Ok, so screwed by GC again. Guitar arrived. Great condition my posterior! Some sort of ad hoc routing around the P90 and leftover screw holes where a pickup cover was installed.
Booooo!!! I bought mine off Reverb, came in fantastic condition. Don't give any $$ to the Evil Empire that is GC
Oooh if it was really cheap I might be interested. I have a Brent Mason treble pickup just sitting around...
It was pretty cheap.
Still? Didn't work out in that "other" project?
I may still get around to that, but the lure of a poor neglected and abused SE is strong.
They’ll stone you when you’re trying go home
And they’ll stone you when you’re there all alone
But I would not feel so all alone
Everybody must get stoned.
— Bob Dylan, 1966
Note: I simply could not resist, it just popped into my head, and my Tourette’s computer keyboard typed it automatically!
