So I picked up my first PRS, p24, about a year ago. I’ve always been a knob turner but I can’t believe all of the useable tones I get with such small adjustments; and then to be able to blend in the piezo! I’m curious others experiences and favorites/suggestions? I’m also curious what others think a good option would be for my next PRS.

I always recommend running the piezo out separately to an acoustic amp or DI box. If you haven't tried that, you'll likely never go back once you do. It's awesome.
