I am looking at getting the PRS SE Paul’s Guitar. I previously had an SE24-08 but never really gelled with it, which I put down to a couple of things, 1) my lack of experience and 2) 24 frets. I have other PRS guitars and like wide fat neck, 25 inch scale length and based on the 24-08 the tonal variations possible from the micro switches.
My question is whether adding a push-pull Tone knob to control out of phase humbuckers is possible with the micro switches used to split the HBs. I can’t see myself using out of phase with Single Coil selection as it will probably be too thin, but who knows.
