My 20th anny....still an OG! The OG singlecuts are still my favourite PRS's. The longer scale and amazing construction make them such awesome rock guitars with great clarity and power. I love this iteration of singlecut the most but I don't think we'll ever see a production version like this again (outside of a special run or artist guitar). The 24.5 scale length models were really the harbinger of death for this beast; regular players seem to prefer a more traditional model I guess. Aww well.....good to see it still has its fans and I am glad I have one!

They really are/were fabulous guitars! They have a totally different thing going on from today's 594s. Dirtier, grinder, maybe a little more cocky. This amp and this guitar love each other (2001 10-top SC with stock #7 pickups and a trans green back):

Very nice! Did that come with the gold hardware?

I have a question about the tuners, does anyone know what brand were used on these guitars? I suspect gotoh sd90's or unbranded klusons but im not sure.

Here’s an early one. I actually won this as a door prize at an old PRS Forum event (2001 I think). The place was called the Beach Club, just a few minutes away from the factory. Registered guests got a swag bag with a numbered raffle ticket inside, among other goodies. This SC 10 top birds was the grand prize. That day was my lucky day. Paul said it was the first ten top PRS ever raffled off, and the Singlecut was a new model back then. He signed “Congratulations, Shreve” on the back of the headstock. Still have her, and the only work ever done on the guitar have been string changes!
