Ordering from PRS EU accessories website

Just wondering has anyone ordered from the PRS EU parts & accessories website recently? My order was acknowledged but still no confirmation it was been processed, and haven't got any response from their contact email address.

The US Store was closed due to Covid-19. I would imagine the EU store was/is as well. The US Store sent out an email last week that they were going to ship limited items soon.

I have, but not since the lockdown.

They were nice and quick at dispatching my items.

But as @bodia says, they will most likely be closed at the moment.

Thanks guys, I got an email later stating they are operating but with extended shipping times due to the Covid-19 crisis. I was concerned that the order was automatically taken on their website without anyone to fulfill the order.

Just a cable this time, it's the last accessory for the case. Those 57/08 pickups are tempting though...

I still have to purchase 4 amber lampshades.

And a core nut.

I have a Bernie so I'd have to buy two sets of two which is €70! The amber lampshades are very nice but don't know if I'd pay that for them.
