One piece trem system identification

Hi, anyone help
I have a spare one piece trem assembly that i purchased around 20 years ago - as removed from an early 90's guitar
Only marking is a stamped (4 )on the block but no other identification - others ive seen have Mil Com stamped on block
Trying to identify what year and model it was from ????
