The gold pin tube labeled Mullard is for pre amplification but usually not guitar amps. Think hi fi preamps or microphones. I can't read the others clearly.

IIRC, Mullard made tubes for a lot of companies which simply re-branded them; you can tell if it is a Mullard-made tube by the Mullard-specific codes etched into the glass (rather than silk-screened or otherwise printed on).
