I gravitate towards and prefer maple boards, but this EIRW board SE is seriously pushing my buttons. I've played them before, they were fine but not maple. But now, I need it.

What's wrong with me?

Do I need help?

Seriously, this MW SE SS is developing into a rash on the middle of my back...

I have currently chilled on getting the SE SS, I may be revamping my GAS.

I'm really liking the 25" scale with the 10" radii, and I'm also living well enough with the wide/thin neck. So, I'm gonna track down some SE SAS and maple board SE NF3s, and see if anything grabs me.

I just keep coming back maple-boarded, bolt-on satin maple necks...

Lastly; I am a bit curious and interested in the Johnny Hiland model, but that is a pricey can-of-worms for me...

The HILAND is fantastic, but the neck isn’t satin. It took 7 coats of car wax to make it feel right.
