This space for rent...
As some of you may remember, the Hollywood Guitar Center had a pearl white 1985 Pre-Standard for sale for ages. They were asking $10,000 for it for over a year, and dropped the price to $8700 about 6 months ago. It had no paperwork, and I was told there was no case. I asked several times for photos of the pickups, and the pickup cavity, and they never obliged, so that made me think it was totally unoriginal. Regardless, it did look cool, and seemed to be in decent shape. I would have definitely bought it for the right price, but not without seeing the electronics.
Which brings us to the point. It sold recently. What I want to know is:
