As much as I like Jim Harbaugh I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed with his performance. Seemed so promising at first.

There was great expectation commensurate with his initial contract. IMHO Michigan's renegotiated lower price of $4,000,000 guaranteed instead of the original $8,000,000 still seems overpriced until he is able to prove otherwise to Michigan players and fans.

I really like the new structure of his contract. Incentive based makes so much more sense. Let's see if it works!

It'd hard too with such a loyal fan base and perineal power house of a team. Oh why did the Big 10 (MSU) let Saban defect to the SEC! I lived in Huntsville for a short time, I've never seen so many Maroon (Crimson) colored cars.
