Found a photo editor app on my phone this morning that HTC must have put on in an update, unless I never saw it before.
You can take any pic from your phone and add animation to it with effects.
I choose "Leaves" for both pics.
I think the new iPhone 6 does this too?
I remember hearing something about adding animation to pics.
