This is my new (and first Satin) PRS! :)

full

2007 Singlecut Standard Satin in Vintage Mahogany

I replaced the original Zebra #6 pickups with the famous 57/08. The two mini switches were added for individual coil splitting.

The weight is 7 lbs 10 oz (3,45 kg). :):):)

Lovely guitar. I am a huge fan of these satin finishes - probably the best feeling neck I have ever played and the guitars are just extremely resonant.

Excellent! Love the mods. I had one of these for a long time and it was great. It kicked my original 2001 SC outta the bed. I really only let it go because I needed to grab a guitar I lusted after for years that came up for sale.

Nice! Enjoy!

Let's run a quick check:
1. Color and finish: Great
2. One piece stoptail: Simple and effective
3. Mini toggle switches ala Paul's Guitar: Practical
4. Body and fretboard without binding: Pure & beautiful

Did I say your guitar looks great?
:)

Fellow Standard Satin owner. 2007 SCT. One piece body. They are great. I changed my pups to 57/08 bass and a Grissom treble. Well, PTC did. New nut and setup. Those necks are incredible.
