My NPD=New Pick Day!



I received my Dragonsheart "Pure" yesterday! I have their "Hardened" but I noticed that I could hear the pick hit the strings in my recording. I asked if they had something that is quiet and they suggested this "Pure" model. I used it briefly last night and it seems to be more quiet when hitting the strings it seems to glide past the strings too. I am liking it, but I have not heard them in a recording yet. I had the "GT" version around 3 or 4 years back but I don't remember how it was nor scrutinized it before I lost it.

I love Dragonsheart picks! Been using them for a few years already and I can't use normal picks anymore. A little bit pricey but they last 1,000+ hours or more depending on which kind you have. This "Pure" version says it should last for 1,200 hours.

I would recommend them!

You will be get a better overall tone out of the pure material over the others too. They have a great edge bevel on all their picks, works well with that thickness they come in. The shape is hard for me to hold on to though.
