40 years ago I stopped at Cecil’s shop in Las Vegas. It’s still pretty much the same today except prices are higher. I still have gun stocks which I purchased from him back then. Cecil is an interesting guy, and he knows wood.

My first taste of good wood was when I was a little kid and my dad had a custom lefty stock made from nicely figured zebrawood which was gorgeous.

I would have such option anxiety in that room, how do you choose one over another?!?

It’s overwhelming, but I knew what I wanted, and Cecil knew where it was. He has a really good labeling/sorting system
