Love my McCarty...my go to "bring only one" ax. PRS is arguably the best built guitar on the planet. But love all my guitars. They each have their own tone and mojo. Never got caught up on this brand is always better then that. Have always had a love affair with LP's. Jazz gig? I will grab my Guild Bluesbird...country or bluesy funky stuff?...can't go wrong with my Strat. Anyway.....thought I would post a picture of my current quartet of instruments I own, love, and use.

I'll agree with all but the title. I do not believe there is one brand for a person and none other. I have 4 other brands in my collection (and the Big G isn't one of them). But I also have a favorite. Not because of looks or status, but because I sound better, I play better, and they feel better than other brands. I don't expect others to have the same experience. I have friends who genuinly prefer Fenders. No problem, it works for you, play it. For me that is how I feel about PRS.
