Looks awesome. I am so excited about my order. Can't wait for it to arrive. I have a satin black with black post and I even asked for the saddle screws to be black.

Nice! Love the one I installed on the Studio. Once I finally wrap up the two projects I've got going I'm thinking one is in order for the Cu22.

Nice!

I got as far as pulling the SE stud wells and installing the ones John sent with the upgraded bridge.

As John promised it was easy enough to change the metric SE stud wells/bushings for the ones John sent.

I'll string it up and post a thread tomorrow.

Might need to get one for my 2000 CU22 SH. My two other stoptails (PG & WLMC) are the Paul's bridge with the brass inserts...hesitant to swap them out. Wonder how the tone compares with those?

That was a thought I had myself, but I just have a hard time justifying since my Paul's intonates perfectly with the brass inserts in the bridge. Just can't see enough to be gained.

You all have me interested. What would you say, other than intonation, really makes the tonal difference for you between the Mannmade and the stock PRS stoptail?

Intonation was never an issue for me. I was curious about what impact it would have on tone and resonance. I find it a bit brighter without losing any of the lows. The resonance on this guitar was always sick and it is no less so now. Is it better? I'm not sure I can objectively measure it but it sounds and plays awesomely, and it is still resonating from the last chord I played

You just may have struck a chord (pun?) with me about the increase in brightness since I have an all mahogany body (not that it sounds bad or anything, 'cause a Paul's CANNOT sound bad, just can't). But I see it comes in black? And since I bought the black pickup rings and switch tip from you, John, polished black or satin?

Arrggghhhh!

My preference is the polished version...
