NGFD...Please Help me identify this creepy face on my NPSG...

Well my most excellent CoCo Monster Santana has finally arrived, many thanks to Brian who really hung in there with me through the long process. I made lots of personalized/unusual requests on this one...but let's save that for the upcoming NGD. What's bugging me now is I can't identify this face I see next to the volume knob...I mean it looks familiar...but I'm not quite sure. Can you help me out?
