First I want to thank all the guys who helped me figure out what I really wanted. Veinbuster, rugerpc, jfb and others really offered great advice and were kind enough to let me try some guitars I wouldn't have otherwise had access to.
It's only been an hour, but this guitar is AWESOME! I love that it has enough volume unplugged to just sit around strum. The thing sustains forever. Love the IRW neck, feels so nice. Didn't get the purple I was dreaming of (although Brian tried his best) since quilt top HB's aren't being made this year, only flame. But all in all I managed to find 95% of what I was looking for. There's always next time... (I know my wife doesn't read guitar forums so I can say that here)

It is a 2013, faux binding. I wanted to have a 2014 AP built, but that meant no quilt. Thanks for reminding me to go plug in the MODCAT!
