I thought I recognized that top as the one JD had. Awesome top, and beautiful finish.
That actually is one of the very best configurations of a Ted that you possibly could have scored, in my opinion. First, I think the 5815's sound better than the early 5708's. The early 5708's in the Ted's IMO had a lot of variability as to spec/output, and tone. The 5815's are pretty consistently awesome.
Second, that has the Ivoroid Binding. The original Ted's had a White Plastic binding painted Yellow/Cream. I like that binding a LOT better.
That beauty showed up at JD's just after I psychologically made the shift from DC 245's to 594's, otherwise I would have bought that in a heartbeat.
