Congrats! That is sooooo damn close to exactly what I'm GASsing for. I love the purple with the more reddish tinge. Looking forward to more pics!

I won't lie and say that violet would be my first choice personally - but nonetheless, that quilt... Whoah. Love it. Congrats! Can't wait for a tone report.

It's a beautiful guitar! I'd be pretty darn excited about it if it was coming to me.

You're talking about this:

Can hardly believe the above is not 10 top!!

I know, man... It's like blue/red/purple... LOVELY!! There was a "Wood Library" version similar to the above but it sold out (and I can't see it online anymore!!). Mine is understated in comparison but I went for the one I did due to the pattern thin, satin, maple neck (not available on the standard models) and quilt. The normal versions are awesome, but I much prefer the satin maple neck (lacquer's not for me). Supposedly all these wood library violet versions sold out within 2-3 weeks and more need to be ordered.

The latest quilts look stunning in all the colours, to be honest!! Love the look of this, also:

This will join my latest purchase just a couple of weeks ago (skint now!!):

EDIT - the more I look, the more I see the blue in the purple on the version I bought - less pronounced than the one posted above but I'm ok with the understated image (I'd better be lol!) :)

What do you think of the "wood lines" running the length of the neck? I must also enquire as to the hybrid nature of the metals on this as I don't know what they are, but they must be different for a reason....

That neck looks great! That quilt is incredible too. And the covered pickups really do it for me.

Thanks, all!!
At first I thought I'd rather have the one tinged with more red/blue but find I'm loving this the more I look at it. It's almost translucent!
Great description of it as "grape" - I'll use that!

More pics/clips etc as I get it :)

Mmmmmm, that looks amazing! It is a gorgeous guitar!!! I really do not know how they manage to make such beautiful instruments but it is clear that once you put your hand on one you just can't stop it there!

I'm sure you'll love it - pure inspirational guitars!!
