I had a 2008 Mira I bought brand new that's one of the top 3 guitars I have ever owned. Sadly, I sold it during a voluntary financial transition to self-employed, along with most everything else. It was necessary and voluntary, but it stung.

I've been telling myself I was OK without PRS in my life 'til I joined a new band. There are 3 guitarists. One of them plays a Sunburst 22 (another long gone favorite of mine) and the other is playing a new CE. I got the bug again, bad. I remembered the Mira. Off to Reverb I went....

She arrived yesterday. It was a tad bit disappointing because the setup wasn't great, and the seller angled his photos to hide the few dings that go through to the wood - but after a truss rod and bridge height tweak I can tell she's a keeper, so while I'm irritated at the misrepresentation (he cropped out the top point of the headstock, for example, and there's a decent ding there) I am thrilled with the guitar and she's staying.

Here, have some pics :).

Congrats and sorry about the dings. I'd probably at least leave crappy feedback for them. I think the only one that might bother me is the one on the neck, but if you don't notice when playing it's all good!

Congrats! Miras are very cool - mine is the same color, so you did well. (Disclaimer - it wasn’t my first choice, but I really like it.)

Congrats on the guitar. The seller should be called out and.... well, you enjoy the heck out of that. Nobody likes to be lied too, but it's done now, so just enjoy! Always wanted a Mira and still kick my own butt for not snagging the one my buddies store had.

Congrats! Love the metallic finish! Sucks the seller had no integrity [EDIT - Clearly the seller did with the higher than requested refund - shame on me for making the assumption!]. Glad you love the guitar so it all works out in the end - play it in good health!

I'm not promising anything, but if the sellers name happened to show up in this thread, I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't get trolled a little bit.

Nice guitar.

I bought a mahogany ce22 really cheap off Ebay some time ago.

Seller neglected to inform me that parts of the fretboard had chipped off and were glued back in place. I can only assume it was an attempt at removing frets at some point.

It's only on 4 frets and the pieces are small. I don't feel it while playing but it still honks me off.
