And some pics, since the colors in the vid are kinda off :)
7.9lbs, and sounds absolutely fantastic!

EDIT:
Just had to update with pics taken indoors from more of a "playing angle",
this top is SO dynamic, and changes so much from every angle, super "3D".
ALSO, I miscalculated the kg-<lbs, it's 7.9, not 5.7! sorry guys!

And a pic with a few other bursts to put the Boyd in context.
The top on this one is fantastic! Straight from the front it's very sober,
almost understated with plenty of mineral streaks, very "old looking".
Pick it up or sit down with it in playing position, and BOOOM!
The top just pops out at you, incredibly 3D and moving before ones eyes.
Never seen a top that behaves like this, I dig it a lot!!

That is ridiculously beautiful, congrats! Now, don't forget the video showing her off!

Thanks guys!
I'm very happy with it, it has all the character I like in a good Les Paul,
but with far better sustain, resonance, playabaility, weight, freq-repsonse (the list goes on).
Why anyone would choose a LP over a SC is beyond me (apart from aesthetics of course,
some people put a certain look above tone and all the rest unfortunately)

Aaaand, of course I'll record a video with it :)

what a stunning score :top:

looking forward for your video of course

Congrats and enjoy

Thanks again guys, strung it up with 11's now and it SINGS!
So dynamic and "woody"
Had to post some indoors-pics up above to show how much the top changes when at a playing angle.
