I will have to see if the 57/08 pickups grow on me. They're much warmer than my go-to Thornbuckers. They sound great, but I like a little more treble in my humbuggies. Otherwise, amazing guitar.

Schweet! I think that color is Black Slate. Straight-up Slate is a little more blue, at least it is on the one I own.
