I always worry when blind-ordering a guitar with a flame top because I'm incredibly picky, but this one looks amazing. My shitty camera doesn't really pick it up, but it looks great. And as always I love the wide-thin profile. It's effortless to play.

And I got it for nearly 50% because it's a discontinued model. Awesome.

Korina body instead of mahogany and ebony fingerboard instead of rosewood. And obviously there's an "O" inlay at the 12th fret, which is probably the least annoying artist-specific inlay I've seen personally (it almost looks like a moon, which given PRS inlay history seems appropriate on some level). ;)

Nice guitar !! Thats the only SE signature I have never had my hands on. I know what you mean about buying a guitar you have never held or seen in person..Great that you weren't disappointed !

Definitely. I opened the box and was completely in love with it. I had another guitar that I got recently (an ESP LTD Elite) that is an amazing guitar too, but the top at first didn't do it for me. It was the last of a discontinued model as well and I didn't want to give it up and thankfully I grew to love it (not every top is a 10 of course, and it plays great), but this one looks great and plays great too.

If you're interested in this model, now is a good time to shop. It appears to be a buyer's market for these (which I find amusing because, discontinued or not, it's a great and unique model).
