NGD: SE One

So many NGDs these days, which is pretty cool! I picked up an SE One Korina with Birds (because I'm a bit of a birds snob). I will start off by saying this thing is AWESOME!! I had an SE in the past and it was a nice early intro to PRS. I have a couple core models that I love to death, but this one is just an all out workhorse and it's perfect for that! I swapped out the 500k pot with a 280k one as suggested by Hans, which was a great simple modification.

I'm very impressed with the build quality as well. The body is 3 pieces but it has some really nice figuring in it as well. This one is definitely a keeper.

Thanks!! It's so unlike anything else I have. It gets right in that LP Jr realm without the breakaway headstock.

I didn't include the treble bleed on the new pot for the record. I really like it because it can bring down the tone without the icepick.

I seriously love this little rock machine. It all I was doin was punk covers this would be my go to with my Mesa patch.

However whenever I go play my SC245 it's like driving a Ferrari lol!

I'm at the point where the PRS wide Fat feels small. After years of going through guitars, it's just what works for me.
