Got the guitar and I have an issue right off the bat: the bridge pickup has a pole piece (second string) that is sunken in a bit lower than the pickup, a seemingly minor adjustment, but the screw spins endlessly (in either direction). Any advice aside from sending back to PRS for warranty service immediately after receiving the guitar?

Call PRS, before you do anything.Mabey they'll let you pull the pickup out and send just that in. That'll save you a lot of grief. Good Luck

Just one more...and that's it!
I wound up fixing it myself, taking the pickguard off so I could push the screw from the back of the pickup while turning it with the screwdriver

Quick update - although I fixed the pickup/screw temporarily, any adjustment of that pole piece results in it collapsing into the pickup. Instead of sending the guitar back to the retailer or to PRS for service, I decided to just order yet another \m/ pickup to brootz this thing up a bit!
