Oh....
I know, right?!??! When we were laying out the parts in the vault, we went back and forth about which should be the back and which the front. In the end we decide on the layout we have now for two main reasons:
1) I like the the front is a little more raw and tough looking
2) That back needs to be there in its full glory
The front, back, and headstock veneer are walnut.
The body is mahogany
The neck is roasted flame maple
The fingerboard, pickup rings, tuning knobs and all birds are ebony.
