NGD: PS 594

My local dealer is open by appointment so I set up a time to check out a few guitars. My wife encouraged me to buy this guitar because she is a serious enabler.

I won't get into the value proposition of buying a Dragon but I will say it's a stunning guitar that rang out for days. If you're lucky enough to be in the market for one, you won't be disappointed.

I was tempted but my real interest today was in a 594 and I came home with this.

The pictures don't do this guitar justice at all. It's a pretty standard 594 spec wise with no unusual appointments. What it does have is great feel and tone. When I picked it up the guitar was just right. Today was a good day.

There is some serious grain in the Brazilian Rosewood fretboard and headstock. The tuner buttons are BRW as well. I wish I could take a picture that makes it look as good as it does in person.

Congrats! I have a 2016 PS 594 with a Dark Peruvian Mahogany neck and that guitar has some serious voodoo!
