Sorry guys .. it's not a PRS .. this one is strictly for its sheer artistic OMG and a Birthday present for me.

As I'm going to be playing a full 2hr set on my Bday at Open Mic ( invitational Jam!!) I wanted a real WOWzer

When he'd only made 2 instruments , Teye took them to NAMM, his boot just happend to be next to PRS .. he met Paul and Paul gave him encouragement , the friendship continues to this day .

It's a Teye E-Series Electric Gypsy la india Azteca

24 fret ebony fb, shipwreck mahogany body/neck . Lollar Imperials with a 5 way switch Neck/Neck split+Bridge/ N+B full/ N+B out of phase / Bridge The mood knob is a mid filter.

A disciple of the late Tony Zemaits , Teije Wijnterp had Tony make him a pearl top, and he's continued the hand made tradition , first in Austin , now in Nashville.

When I saw this particular one I just lost it , the Aztec engravings and turqoise are just off the charts , and the Shipwreck ( aka "Sinker" ) mahogany back and neck look might cool . They are most definetly odd ball , not for everyone .. but they do have a VERY cool tone pallete and you know it will be an object of conversation every where ...

Nice!

Wow, incredible. Not sure how I’d like it ergonomically, but definitely an eye catcher. Gorgeous detail, and I love turquoise, cool to see implemented that way. I dig, congrats!

But why are the headstocks always concealed? 😜

She's finally here, other than a broken case handle all is well ,easy fix. This is an early one built in Austin number 00223

The body/neck has an oil finish so it's very comfy , feels like an old friend. It's got a bit more bark than my DGT . PRS Doesn't have anything to worry about . The Mood control is VERY subtle , and works best with high gain . They later gave it some oopmh and now it's called Mojo .. I'm going to check on a retrofit.

It is gorgeous , Very Stones/Neil Young tone which is what I expected , loves gain ..it just snarls. Played it with just a tube dist pedal through the DG30 , way cool .. After dinner I took it up to the Blue Sierra 50 and my pedal board .. Oh this is just a lil pit bull of a guitar.
It's always nice to have one conversation piece in the collection .,

Definetly NOT for everyone , but if you like a Single cut that's like chasing the worm and a bottle of Cusano Rojo then she's right up yer dark and twisted alley. It's a neck through and as body and neck are sinker mahogany it sustains like crazy, the ebony fb is delicious.

In regards to ergonomics , the knee cut is narrower than most but not uncomfortable, balances well and is a joy to play.
Easy action , the neck is like a 335 , a bit chunky but very well contoured. I like PRS frets better, but hey I'm spoiled.

The pickup up selection is a bit weird as are the vol and tone , but there are some very usable rock tones and surf tones in there.
