This is the ce24 I posted pictures of a couple months. Not much more than the se she liked. Gonna restring it for her, is John Mann's video on height for the mounting screws for the trem accurate for this as well? I want to check it while I have the strings off.

Bangin'! That's one happy girl!!!!

Now where's yours?

oh I'm next! Gotta get the big stinking check from work on Friday and find the right one. This was at my luthiers on consignment so kinda a one off sort of deal.

Don't post stuff like that one here please. My kid will want one now lol

Big smile and happy girl. Good job dad and nice axe .

Aw, that's just so great, and she has such a sweet smile to go with it!

Fantastic.

thanks guys. We went to guitar center earlier today again and she played on an s2 for over an hour(she loved the attention from all the people lol). She liked that guitar better than the se but I told her she had to wait just a little longer. On the way home I told her I needed to run into the luthiers shop for some strings. She's been admiring this guitar for almost a year now. It was still there so she had to play it again. While she was doing so I worked out the deal. We left but needed to run by the bank quick. I pulled the cash out and suddenly remembered I forgot the dang strings. Left her in the car with mom and ran back in. Came out with the case and she about died!

I worked 50 hours a week on average last year and closed out double the work of anyone else on my team. Our team garnered a public acknowledgment from our CEO in the annual shareholder address. I felt like this was worth a small chunk of the reward from that. My whole family had to be supportive of the stress and commitment to get that much done in that short of time and now is my chance to reward them for that too.

Those opportunities to absolutely blow the minds of those special people in your lives sure are fun!

That is awesome, congrats! Speaking as a proud new owner of dang near the same guitar, she's one lucky kid. Not just for the epic NGD but for having a great dad like you too. Well played!

Sharing the gift of PRS with your kids is about as good as it gets. Now, in a few years, get on stage with her and experience THE best thing in the world. Good for you, man.
