Thanks all!
It really was a lucky moment happening across her. Admittedly I wad looking at another Les Paul, but they all came with pick guards (not a fan), and the variety of options gave me option paralysis. I was scrolling through Facebook one day and an advert for a dealer popped up, and this was there, with a natural finish 594 running a swamp ash body. I was mesmerised, and started looking at the PRS options.
It ended up being a choice between the one I got, and a black gold/black wrap. I'm a suckered for that reveal binding, and the top is just insane on this one.
She rings like a bell, sustains for days and has a voice of her own, similar to, but different to an LP. It's refined, clear as a summers day, yet gets down and dirty when needed. The pups really are brilliant, and she's so comfortable to play as well. I'll be experimenting with string gauges on her soon, as the stock 10s feel quite different to my usual 10-52 set from Ernie Ball....in as much as they feel really taught, a surprise given the shorter scale length.
Loving my first few days as a PRS owner for sure!
