Dead mint, "unowned" and unplayed. Open the case and it has that new guitar smell. And it's light too, 6lbs, 7oz. Born on Date: December 10th, 2016.
Bought from that "R" site from a private seller. Incredible instrument. Not a '10 Top' but you could have fooled me.

Thanks Les. While most everyone have been chasing the "5" series(big $$$ to me), we decided to look for a 'Classic'. Hog body, neck, maple cap, rosewood board and new generation pickups. The only difference I could tell between the 2016 and the 2017 was the adjustable bridge(no big deal) and offered at a price (my budget) that was just too good to be true for a PRS in this condition for sale.

Yep...and the only difference(and a $$$ savings from the 2016 to 2017 MAP) is the adjustable bridge, otherwise it's an identical model.

Nicely done! That's exactly what a McCarty should look like, if you ask me.

I enjoyed the 2016 model I tried out last year. Definitely classic PRS and the binding and Phase III tuners are nice touches vs. the old ones. You certainly won't be sorry.
