NGD! I guess I'm official now...

I'm a relatively new PRS owner myself and found myself posting more and more here. And yeah, I too anticipated that my lowly CE24 would garner a sneer from what I assumed were all cork-sniffing elitists who would laugh at my paltry, sub-$3000 purchase. But that is most definitely not the case.

I've since actually added two more - a DW CE24 and an SE Torero. The SE's are excellent guitars. Yes, they come out of the same Cort factory as half the production models out there - but what you're getting from a PRS-produced instrument is not only the product design and innovation, but PRS' more stringent quality control. There are other companies who pay less and make their overseas production dollar stretch a little further - but not here.

End of the day, nobody will take a stick to a good sounding guitar - whether it was made for $3 or $3000. And, as you already well know, there's always room for another one if you decide to step up to a US-produced model.
