I finally got my Private Stock McSinglecut in Black Gold. I´d like to thank Eric from Willcutts for picking out the woods and making a great guitar.

This is definitely a more vintage sounding singlecut, i am really enjoying it!

That is a beautiful McSC! I am really diggin' Madagascar rosewood these days, have it on my PS20th and I really like the feel and look. Not sure how it contributes to the tone equation, but diggin it!

B. As a fellow McCarty Singlecut owner, I agree that this is a more vintage sounding SC,in fact, having played many vintage Lesters, it's one of the best in that style I've heard or played.

Nice, I'm a singlecut fan myself. Can you do a tone comparison, assuming you have another singlecut available, and post it here? I'll try and do one this weekend but I think I know the result.
