NGD For Me! (Mira)

Just received her yesterday. I couldn't stop looking at them, and I finally succumbed. I only played around with it for a little while, comparing it back and forth to my Bernie. Man, it is very well made, and sounds great! You can definitely tell it is a step above the SE models, but the Bernie is still amazing (to me anyway). I may have to sell it to justify this one though, at least that is what I told the wife! Set up was great, but I still took it in to have the strings slightly lowered and looked over.

Very nice !!1 I may have to find one in black. I really like the S2 Mira of the other S2 so far. Still waiting on my local GC to get in a 22 cu and a single cut. I want to demo them before I get my next Christmas gift.

Thanks fellas. On a side note, the tech who will be going over my guitar told me a pretty cool story. So some lady came in with a PRS and said that she bought it for her husband, and that it was sitting in the closet for years, and that she just wanted it checked out. Turns out it was something like serial number 56! Apparently back in the mid Eighties, she wanted to buy her husband a guitar, and someone suggested a young guitar maker in Maryland! I saw a picture of it (and the serial number), it was very cool. He said that it was amazing, and played like new.

The S2 Miras are outstanding - I have sung (and played) the praises of mine out here many many times. Love the white with birds...congratulations.

Keep the Bernie - the S2 Mira is overall much brighter guitar, and with both of those you have a huge range of tonal coverage! Just my opinion...

Let me second the motion about keeping both: between my Mira and SE-245 I have pretty much all the sonic territory that I need covered. My other guitars give a little bit of extra spice but I could live with those two alone.
