So after years of hoping to get a Standard back in my hands I found an incredible early model. I worked out a 2 for 1 trade on my end for it and I’m so incredibly glad that I did. 1991 Standard 24 with Trem uproute. Brazilian rosewood board, Birds and I believe T&B pickups. I didn’t take the time to pull them to find out so that’s at a later time. Also go easy on my first ever winged tuner string change ;) I don’t have proof, but this guitar supposedly was owned by Mr Howard Leese at some point. Even if that isn’t true it’s fan-freaking-tastic!

I made a trade with Hans a couple of months ago for a Fire Red ‘91 Standard. Seriously cool guitar. Big time congrats.

I had a 2008 (I think) years ago and sold it. The deal for this one worked out perfectly and I couldn’t be happier.

Wow! Save for the gold hardware and sweet switch, that's the spitting image of my 91 "Special"

Great catch!
