First time posting here, hope this works.. Just got my 2012 DGT Standard in the most amazing Frost Blue ever. She joins my other faves.. Wow is it beautiful, cant wait for later when I can restring her with a fresh set and put her through her paces. My first USA PRS. Does Not disappoint.

Nice. Love that color.
I just picked up my DGT a few days ago. Loving it!
Enjoy yours!

Congrats, and welcome to Club DGT!

And that color?

Yeah, it's pretty cool...

Thanks everyone! Wow is this guitar a true player. Couldn't put it down for 2 hours.. went through my whole set list and it sounded great on all fronts! Awesome guitar.

I just bought a 2012 Standard in Blue Frost Metallic. I love it (except the pickups). I am not getting along with the pickups. They enhance the mids and the lows of the hog, but I am getting no sparkle from this guitar. Using a 6l6 Kustom Coupe 36 amp.

I saw your other post about this. Your sound does not seem right. I did turn up a little on the treble, but I expected to. My other significant guitar is a G&L ASAT that is pretty bright sounding, so to get them near each other I turned up my treble about one hour on the dial, from my normal 1 o'clock to about 2, and thats it. Was wondering if any part of the electronics could cause this.. I dont know enough about circuits to speak intelligently but my first reaction was that something does not sound right in your description. Your other guitars continue to sound good through the amp, correct? Eliminate that variable right away.

Just bought one in tobacco sunburst, should get it sometime next week.
