Hi!
Here's my first PRS, a new 2016 Custom 24 in Faded Evergreen. While the alternatives were top-class, this one felt right immediately. The color is a limited run, she's got a non-10-Top and the wonderful 85/15 Pickups.
Feels good to be an official member of the PRS family now :)

Dude, I love me some green guitars, and THAT one is BEAUTIFUL!!
Ni-i-i-I-I-ce score!!

Welcome aboard, @JonW!
The guitar is a beauty. Very nice detail is the headstock veneer made of rosewood, which hides the glued on wings on the headstock sides.

Love the green w natural back...and agree that if she ain't a 10-top, she looks to be a 9.9999999999999 top. Beautiful. Congrats - play the shot outta her. Those 85/15s are money, and with the 5-way there are definitely some great combinations.

Welcome to the board - have fun. Also enjoy your new guitar :D

Thanks, guys!! :) I couldn't be happier.
I'm still a bit overwhelmed (coming from an Epiphone) by the build quality and that everything is just flawless. There seem to be some things on a PRS that you only see when you take it home. And then she still got this sweet smell...
Another one of those "if that isn't a 10-top, it should be" tops.
I have the feeling, 2016 will be a good year for maple tops... Everything I've seen so far was pretty much in the range of 10-tops.
Welcome to the addiction! That's a beauty...love the natural back with that top!
Yes, the natural back is really nice. I like that you can see the back in the cutaway, and you don't get that with Jade or all the dark colors (charcoal burst, grey black etc.).
The guitar is a beauty. Very nice detail is the headstock veneer made of rosewood, which hides the glued on wings on the headstock sides.
The headstock veneer is standard on the core guitars for some time, right?
Beautiful, is that a maple neck?
No, it's a mahogany neck. I had a couple guitars to choose from and there was a 30th Anniversary in some kind of faded blue which had a flamed maple neck. Absolutely stunning and a wonderful guitar, a real Strat killer, but just not what I was looking for.

Yeah, I can see that now, I was looking on my phone earlier. Glad you're happy with it!
