I don't have a meter, but I'm inclined to believe that it's an HFS if Sergio says it is. It is certainly a hot pickup. Can you put a meter on the bridge PU?
Even if you metered through a short cable and all the components it still might give us an idea if its hfs or not?
The might work, but I haven't seen any of the (few) woodworkers crafting pickup rings do that, and I'm not bothered enough by the grain directions to try it myself. Just swapping the parts is as much as I want to do.See, I'd just glue a thin layer of veneer to the underside of the wood before cutting the rings. That perpendicular grain reinforcement would make them much stronger.
A good taco topicHmmm....I feel like we may have discussed this over tacos many moons ago.
If I put a taco in your hand, I bet you’d remember instantly.Hmmm....I feel like we may have discussed this over tacos many moons ago.
