I swore I was done for awhile after I picked up an EBMM Albert Lee Orange Crush. I was interested in a Santana but figured I'd wait until I just found a deal I couldn't pass up or if I got one in a trade. I missed a great buy on a KL-33 and then a KL-380 and was sad, but I couldn't bring myself to pay the 3800-4200 I'm seeing them for online. Then I saw someone I had purchased from before had one and he made me an offer I couldn't refuse, for better or worse.
I have to say that from the hour or so I spent playing tonight that I love it. I've always loved korina guitars and this is no exception. It sounds great. It feels great. It's brighter than I expected but that's not a bad thing. I'm actually surprised I like the neck as much as I do as it's closer to Les Paul territory than the Axis/Reflex territory I've gravitated to in recent years.
