NGD - 594 Singlecut Semi Hollow

I've always wanted a PRS singlecut but never wanted the 8+ lb weight of the solid bodies due to back and neck injuries from an old car accident. In short, the semi hollow version of the 594SC is glorious. It's everything you'd want from the solid body but weighs much less. Mine is 7 lbs on the nose. I've played countless solid bodies, and there is literally nothing I'm missing out on by going the semi hollow route. It sounds great for everything from jazz to blues to hard rock and even metal. I love it.

Thanks all! I'm a big goldtop fan and couldn't resist. Just a great, great guitar. I love what PRS is doing with the semi hollow versions of the 594, CU22, etc.

I've got a gold top les paul but it kills my back at 9.5lbs. Semi hollow is such a smart idea and they sound amazing.
